Welcome to Mainlands of Tamarac by the Gulf, one of Florida's most unique condominium communities. Mainlands  is unique as a condominium in that all of the units are individual homes. This provides you with the privacy and individuality of home ownership and, at the same time, provides you with the advantages of condominium living. The Mainlands community is comprised of 1,937 homes and is divided into seven individual and autonomous units, numbered Units 1 through Unit 7. Each of the units has its own Homeowners' Association and Board of Directors. Board members in our unit (unit 5) are residents who are elected for two year, staggered terms at the annual meeting of homeowners. The Board meets each month, generally, to discuss the operation of the community and to attempt to solve problems and discuss requests of the homeowners. These meetings are open to all homeowners. The dates, times and agenda for these meetings are posted on the bulletin board in the clubhouse and on this web site. The resultant minutes of these meetings will also be posted here on our website.
